Who are we?
Friends of Hayward Adventure Playground, otherwise known as FOHAP, are a voluntary group of people who are committed to to the playground.
What are we doing and why?
We use the multifunctional playground space to run fundraisers with all the proceeds going towards improving the playground for the young people who attend. Events havee included quizzes, exhibitions, film nights and more.
What is Hayward?
Hayward Adventure Playground has been running since 1974, providing the opportunity for children and young adults with disabilities to have the freedom and space to play adventurously, creatively and imaginatively, in a safe, stimulating environment.
